Under Counter KDF Filter

Ø      Intecnology’s Under Counter KDF Filter has a Hydrocare media which is a special blend of liquid phase granular activated carbon (GAC) and KDF-55.

Ø      GAC is a proven filter media (given adequate contact time) for removing chlorine, THM’s and most organic chemicals from water without removing the minerals.

Ø      The KDF consists of high-purity copper-zinc or copper-silver granules that use redox (the natural exchange of electrons) to remove/reduce chlorine and control micro-organisms in potable water.

Ø      KDF also has a unique ability of attracting harmful metals such as iron, lead, arsenic, mercury, zinc, as well as fluoride and sulphur.
